Caleykiz Border Collies 

Gladys is owned by Carol & Val after her Dam, Xia came back to Caleykiz for her first litter after Val was taken ill when Xia was 5 weeks pregnant. Val originally was keep a bitch puppy from the litter but made the discision when the pups where about 5 weeks that she wasn't going to be well enough to introduce a new pup into her home. 

We offered for Gladys to stay at Caleykiz in joint names as we could see how much promise she was showing even at such a young age and she hasn't failed to live up to her early promise. 

Gladys won Reserve Best Puppy In Show at Border Collie Club of Wales Champ Show under Judges Sian Jones and Ross Green, only been beaten by her kennel mate Wikid for the top prize. Gladys then went on to win Best Puppy In Show at Midland Border Collie Club Open Show under judges Tracey Mills and Louise Amos. 

Gladys has also been shorted listed for both the CC & RCC from Puppy, The first time was under Breed Specialist Jean Entwhistle at North West Border Collie Club where she also won Reserve Best Puppy In Show. The second time was under Breed Specialist, Robert Tunnicliff at Working & Pastoral Breeds of Scotland where she also went Best Puppy In Breed.
